The Flagstaff Parks & Recreation 4th Annual Soar Into Spring event will host a variety of activities, including professional kite demonstrations, community kite fly, live music and entertainment, carnival games, and leisure class demonstrations. This event is held as Foxglenn Park, one of Flagstaffs' newest parks boasting an ubeatable view of the San Francisco Peaks and lots of wind.
