Description:
Celebration of NKM-- a kitemakers contest will be held for one-off, hand made kites, catagories and rules posted in "Files" section of club website--
Contest is from 3Pm - 7PM-- prizes awarded for first, second, third places
Kites available for sale to the public for Fun Fly -- this is a "kickoff" party for Windfest, an annual event produced by the Portland Chamber of Commerce 361-643-2475
