Description:
This is the third year of this event; it’s main purpose is for the families of Downs kids to get a day just to enjoy the beach, kites, kayaks, food and fun etc.. We are getting an area roped off on the beach just for kite demo fly’s. Several "pro" kite team members are coming to do demo flights, entertain, and interact with these challenged children, their parents, and siblings.

Directions:
From Austin, TX take 183 south to Goliad, State 239 to Tivoli turn right (south) on State Route 35 S. -- from Tivoli to Rockport (about 30miles) through town to Beach Park turn left into park area. Mid-beach pavilllion is the first building on the right.
