Description:
Event is primarily an art festival. Festival organizers invited MKS members to fly kites to help draw attention of people passing by to the art festival.
From I-494 in Eagan, exit at Pilot Knob Road and go south about 1-1/2 miles. Turn right at the stoplight at Central Pkwy (one block beyond Unisys). Go west 1/4 mile to the community center.
Comments:
Kite flying will take place on the hill to the west of the community center.
