Event is primarily an art festival. MKS will do a kite-making workshop for kids on Saturday and Sunday. The plan is to make about 150 kites per day, or 300 total for the weekend.

From I-494 in Eagan, exit at Pilot Knob Road and go south about 1-1/2 miles. Turn right at the stoplight at Central Pkwy (one block beyond Unisys). Go west 1/4 mile to the community center.

Comments:

When kids are done making their kites, they will be able to fly them on a hill to the north of the community center.
