The Rogallo Festival is a 2 day fun-fly event in honor of Francis Rogallo, the father of the "flexible wing". Event activities include the annual Kitty Hawk Kite Auction on the eve of June 5th. Many kites from Kitty Hawk Kites' display & demo fleet will be sold. Fly your single line display kites on Jockey’s Ridge Sand Dune, the largest sand dune on the East Coast, on June 6th. Fun fly events for kids, as well as kite making classes. Bring the family!
