Washington State Stunt Kite Championships and single line fly. The first sanctioned WA state sport kite fly for the 1999-2000 season. A very basic festival - everyone is welcome to fly their kite displays. Check www.cuttingedgekites.com for details and registration.

From Seattle-Tacoma area: Drive I-5 South to Exit 104. Take exit, follow signs for Ocean Beaches. From Portland, Take exit for highway 12 to Elma. Follow signs to Aberdeen. In Aberdeen follow signs for Hoquiam/Ocean Shores. In Hoquiam turn left onto Hiway 109. Follow for 15 miles. Take left at Hiway 115 junction. Follow for two miles, take left at gates to Ocean Shores. Go to first stop sign, take a right! Go straight after next stop sign. Voile - you are at the beach.
