This is your chance to escape the rat race for 2 full days of kite making, Chef Jim’s food, and camaraderie of some of the best kite people around. The ConnectiKITER’s will present their 1st ever weekend long kite making workshop. Projects will include a Rokakku, a Dragon kite, Miniature Kites, Hopi Coats, the ConnectiKITER’s Arch and a piece of Line Laundry. The presenters will include Paul Berard, Gary Engvall, Alice Hayden and Mildred Hayden, with support of many of our own kite makers. The workshop format will be such that every 2 hours or so a new project will be discussed and instructions distributed. Attendees are welcome to work at their own pace on 1 or all of the projects.
