American and International Kite Demonstrations. Adult and children competition. International food court.Many kitebuilding programs and seminars.
  • International entertainment
  • Over 96 competition events for all ages
  • Tahara Japan Kite Preservation delegation will attend to demonstrate kite flying and building techniques.
  • This is the sister city event to the 41 year old Tahara Japan Kite festival held each year during the last week of May.
  • Free Admission. Small fee to enter competitions. $3.00 per car parking fee.
  • The 2002 event will be two days in length.
