Description:
The Free To Breathe Kite Festival is a one-day event featuring professional kite-flying demos and lessons, kite building, a candy drop and a poster/poetry contest. There also will be information on what every individual can do to clean the air and an opportunity to dedicate and fly a kite in memorial of a loved one lost or living with lung disease.
