This event is features the 12th Annual Mid Atlantic Stunt Kite Championships and five blocks of incredible displays by kite clubs (Maryland Kite Society, Wings Over Washington, Keystone Kiters, South Jersey Kite Flyers, Richmond Air Force and more). Each year the festival features kite makers from around the United States and the world.
