Sport Kite Competition
Description:
Southern California Open is an AKA sanctioned event for sport kites involving both precision and ballet (to music) competition classes. There is also area for first time fliers and instruction on how to fly kites for first timers. Type of sport kites involved are dual and quad line. There will be individual, pairs, and team classes for both dual and quad line sport kites. This is the third event out of five for the Southern California Sport Kite League and will also count toward qualifying for the AKA National Sport Kite Championship 2001.
