This is the 3rd annual Topsail Island Kite Festival during the Spring Fling in Surf City North Carolina. We will have a kite surfing Demonstration and a kite buggy demonstration. We invite all to come out and enjoy a day of fun kite flying. Bring your best and fly with the rest.

From Hwy. 17 take the Hwy. 50 turnoff in Holly Ridge. Go straight over the swing bridge into Surf City and just keep going straight. Look for the kites in the air and you will find us.
