Come partake in a fighter kite fly! We will be meeting to fly fighters, exchange construction ideas and designs, and of course to fight! Line touch competition will be held, using the most up-to-date rules available. If we have enough people, we will have 2 divisions. Afterwards we can do some skills, including knocking cups off poles, pasting the kite, and flying the kite through a box. Prizes: None! Only flown a fighter a couple of times? Not very good with one? Never flown one but very interested? Come!! Free lessons and tips will abound! This event is simply a gathering of very enthusiastic fliers and is not sanctioned by or affiliated with any organization. These events will occur about every 2 months at various southern California locations. Bring to the event what you expect to get out of it, but you’ll probably bring home more.
