Kitty Hawk Kites is pleased to host the 15th Annual Outer Banks Stunt Kite Competition and Festival. This is a warm invitiation to everyone to come join us on the pictueresque Jocky’s Ridge State Park for a great time! The Outer Banks is full of flying history and is therefore a perfect place for an event of this caliber. If you have never been to the festival, you are missing out on a wonderful blend of events from sport kite flyers, to fun games that involve children of all ages, and a single line kite making competition.
